Senior Angular Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the design and development of intricate web applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and high-performing.

• Design and create high-performance, reusable, and maintainable JavaScript code by adhering to best practices and design patterns (including Gang of Four and JavaScript-specific).

• Guide the development and architecture of single-page applications (SPAs) utilizing the Angular framework (experience with React or Vue.js is a plus).

• Ensure that code complies with OWASP Top 10 security best practices.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement accessible features according to ARIA standards and ensure compliance with HTML5.

• Optimize applications for performance and accessibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a JavaScript developer with a proven history of building complex web applications.

• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, encompassing prototypes, composition & inheritance, DOM manipulation, closures, asynchronous programming, and object-oriented principles.

• Proficient Angular developer with comprehensive understanding of the Angular framework.

• Strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• Thorough knowledge of Angular concepts, patterns, and best practices, including NgRx.

• Significant experience and knowledge of Clean Coding principles.

• Familiarity with React or Vue.js is advantageous.

• Deep understanding of web components and their development.

• Expert-level knowledge of Grid and Flexbox, with a solid understanding of CSS technologies (such as specificity, cascading order, and selectors).

• Awareness and familiarity with web accessibility standards and their levels (A, AA, and AAA).

• Strong dedication to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Capability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
