Senior Android Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create innovative features for the Android Application

• Refactor current code, following the "boy-scout rule" to enhance the quality of the code

• Detect and address issues related to app performance and stability

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet product goals and propose optimization strategies for effective implementation

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Kotlin and Android SDK, with the capability to read and comprehend Java code

• In-depth knowledge of SOLID principles and Object-Oriented Programming

• Familiarity with Gang of Four design patterns

• Proficient in working with REST APIs and WebSockets

• Experience in conducting unit testing

• Ability to perform performance profiling using tools available in Android Studio

• Proficient with Git, Jira, Figma, and Confluence

• Outstanding self-management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks

• Plus: experience in creating complex custom views in Compose or Classic View

• Plus: experience with Kotlin Multiplatform

• Plus: links to source code or Google Play apps you have contributed to
