Senior Android Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop native Android applications using Java and Kotlin.

• Engage in mobility projects and media platforms.

• Implement and maintain features of the native ExoPlayer, including advertising and on-demand content.

• Participate in all stages of the mobile application lifecycle, from conception to store publication.

• Collaborate and work as part of a team on current projects at knowmad mood.

• Support clients through comprehensive mobility solutions, consulting, and advanced solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a native Android application developer using Java and Kotlin.

• Proficiency with Android Studio and its tools.

• Extensive knowledge of the native ExoPlayer and its lifecycle, including advertising, on-demand content, and key player functionalities.

• Familiarity with Android TV development (preferred).

• Understanding of Google Play Services and Google Assistant.

• Experience with a metrics/analytics SDK, such as Adobe, Comscore, or Firebase Analytics.

• Knowledge of AdServer platforms like SpotX, Ooyala, FreeWheel, or SmartAdServer.

• Proficiency in Rx, Dagger, dependency injection, and Jetpack.

• Experience in developing for a media platform.
