This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the technical delivery of sophisticated analytics solutions within the Analytics Centre of Excellence.
• Provide consultation on project intake, feasibility, effort estimation, delivery methods, and prioritization.
• Direct solution design by defining technical architecture, data models, and development standards.
• Create intricate analytics solutions while promoting quality and innovation.
• Supervise code reviews, data validation, and visualization assessments within the sub-team.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing, incorporating feedback from clients.
• Manage the publishing and deployment processes to the Azara production environment, along with necessary documentation.
• Propel data fluency initiatives across client and account teams.
• Discover, pilot, and integrate AI, automation, and emerging analytics opportunities.
• Serve as deputy for the Analytics Centre of Excellence Team Lead when required.
• Collaborate with Account Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Sustainability Analytics, Azara, Data Engineering, and self-service BI teams.
• Provide daily technical leadership throughout analytics delivery processes.
• Lead sprint development and manage various priorities simultaneously.
• Mentor developers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and encourage continuous skill development.
• Interact with stakeholders to convert complex requirements into actionable business solutions.
• Deliver extensive real estate analytics for JLL and its clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics delivery or a similar role.
• At least 1 year in a senior or technical lead position within a BI or analytics team.
• Advanced-level proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Experience in leading technical delivery in an agile setting, including managing sprints and utilizing DevOps tools.
• A degree in data, analytics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise with data and data visualization tools and methodologies.
• Technical leadership experience in a BI team environment.
• Strong domain expertise with the capability to translate analytics into business decisions and transformations.
• Experience in integrating complex, cross-organizational processes and data models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and team members concurrently.
• Familiarity with agile methodology or similar workload-management approaches.
• Strong skills in data visualization, program management, data transformation, and automation.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
