Senior Analytics & Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Generate reports, insights, and analytics to support the division.

• Develop report and analysis specifications based on business requirements.

• Offer consultation to users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle divisional challenges.

• Create datasets and reports for analysis utilizing system reporting tools.

• Investigate and assist in the analysis of data pertaining to strategic initiatives and broader research objectives.

• Act as a liaison between the business and divisional data teams to produce actionable tools for reporting and analysis.

• Foster customer relationships and gain a deeper understanding of divisional data.

• Evaluate complex business problems using internal and external data to deliver insights for decision-makers.

• Identify and interpret trends and patterns within datasets to uncover influences.

• Confirm report accuracy and provide valuable insights.

• Manage multiple projects both independently and collaboratively within a team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting, or 4 years of relevant experience.

• Analyze potential solutions using standard procedures to address routine or basic issues.

• Employ best practices and knowledge of internal or external business challenges to enhance products or services.

• Resolve complex problems with assistance.

• Generate datasets and reports using SQL, Excel, or other reporting tools.

• Verify report accuracy and deliver insights.

• Proficient in SQL, SAS, and/or Teradata or other reporting tools/languages.

• Work with both internal and external data sets.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently, both independently and as part of a team.

• Acquire necessary skills through assigned tasks.
