This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take the lead in analyzing intricate data sources, identifying trends and patterns, and providing recommendations based on the results of your analysis.
• Capable of suggesting appropriate tests on CRO platforms by leveraging insights derived from analytics platforms.
• Conduct root cause analyses on complex data anomalies, collaborating closely with data stewards to establish best practices.
• Analyze data to generate insights in the form of revenue and growth predictions, trends and anomalies, customer segmentation, pathing analyses, and more.
• Facilitate review sessions with management, business users, and other team members.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery and engagement.
• Enhance the performance of analytics and tagging capabilities to positively influence overall business outcomes.
• Offer support and mentorship to team members, helping them progressively handle more complex tasks and upskill others.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services, including data analysis, attribution analysis, ad-tech, CRM integration, marketing automation, and more.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Statistics.
• 4-6 years or more of experience with Web Analytics, Mobile Measurement Platforms, Tag Management Platforms, Visualization Platforms, and Google BigQuery.
• Practical experience in managing extensive digital marketing data sets to derive insights.
• Hands-on experience with CRO tools such as VWO and Dynamic Yield Limited.
• Proficient in scripting languages like R and Python.
• A solid understanding of the Google Marketing Platform and the ability to leverage the Google stack for the maximum benefit of clients.
• Excellent analytical, visual thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to identify business questions, pain points, and opportunities, analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to effectively communicate processes, strategies, and requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Skilled in managing projects and delegating tasks seamlessly among team members to ensure all deliverables meet standards within specified timelines.
