Senior Analytics Engineer, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain efficient, scalable data models and pipelines to facilitate marketing analytics and reporting utilizing tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks.

• Work closely with Marketing stakeholders to comprehend business objectives and convert them into data requirements and valuable data products.

• Create and manage intuitive BI solutions to track marketing performance, campaign success, and essential KPIs.

• Develop data models that align with our stringent data governance, quality, and documentation standards.

• Spearhead the creation of self-service analytics tools that enable Marketing team members to autonomously analyze data.

• Promote the adoption of best practices in data modeling, performance enhancement, and reporting processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar field.

• Proficient in advanced SQL and possess a solid grasp of data modeling principles.

• Familiarity with contemporary data stack tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks.

• Expertise in at least one BI tool, including Omni, Tableau, or Looker.

• Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and dashboard creation.

• Preference for candidates with experience in marketing platforms and tools like Iterable.

• Basic understanding or exposure to A/B testing and experimental analysis.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to convey insights clearly across all organizational levels.
