📋 Description

• Create and document new datasets (both structured and semi-structured) to harness their value across all business units.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to document, align, and automate business metrics that define success.

• Assist Analysts in maximizing their use of data through query reviews, modeling exercises, or dashboard evaluations.

• Take ownership of the design, monitoring, and deployment of certified data sources on our reporting platforms and warehouses.

• Advocate for the highest standards of data reproducibility, auditability, and compliance.

• Act as a subject matter expert for data strategy thought leadership and its implementation throughout the business.

• Empower non-BI&A team stakeholders to integrate data into their routine business practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to audiences ranging from fellow analysts to senior executives.

• Skilled storyteller with a focus on visual best practices and discoverability.

• Proficient in SQL (Postgres/Snowflake preferred).

• Experience working in or as a Business Analyst.

• Proven track record of proactive communication and documentation strategies that promote self-service education.

• Familiarity with the Outreach tech stack: Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Tableau, and a history of optimizing queries and data pipelines.

• Working knowledge of ML pipelines (e.g., Sagemaker).

• Understanding of multi-dimensional data modeling.

• Experience in modern ELT environments.

• Familiarity with code documentation best practices.

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and documentation.

• Experience with the Spark Ecosystem (Delta Lake, Databricks, etc.) is advantageous.

• Background in data modeling, schema design, and data quality best practices, with practical experience on cloud platforms like Snowflake or Databricks is desirable.
