Senior Salesforce Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain CRMA dashboards, lenses, and datasets across the organization, from executive KPI views to daily operational reporting.

• Construct SAQL queries, create dataflows and recipes, and ensure datasets are performing consistently while maintaining documentation for recipes.

• Establish row-level security, sharing rules, and access controls within reporting environments.

• Optimize dashboard performance and data freshness, adjusting refresh schedules as the organization expands.

• Assist in the integration of Salesforce Data Cloud where applicable, connecting external data sources and striving for unified customer profiles.

• Collaborate closely with architects and business analysts to define requirements and develop appropriate solutions.

• Take ownership of issues when they arise, tracing problems through data quality, pipeline logic, and dashboard functionality.

• Guide junior team members, establish standards for CRMA development, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, including at least 4 years in CRM Analytics.

• In-depth practical knowledge of SAQL, dataflows, recipes, datasets, bindings, and dashboard JSON.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security configurations, and how Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data integrate into reporting.

• Proven experience in creating complex dashboards that leadership utilizes regularly.

• Solid foundation in SOQL, SQL, and data modeling principles.

• Proficient in using Git and comfortable with iterative shipping.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
