Senior Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain robust data models utilizing dbt, ensuring data precision and accessibility across the organization through automated processes and enhanced data quality checks.

• Create and transition dashboards and reports to modern BI tools such as Count, converting intricate data requirements into clear visualizations that bolster merchant and issuer success.

• Formulate analytical frameworks for merchant segmentation, performance metrics, and campaign evaluation, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance partner relationships.

• Collaborate with sales, account management, and product teams to comprehend data requirements, define technical solutions, and produce analytics that directly contribute to revenue growth and operational efficiency.

• Oversee pitch development and technical explorations, pinpointing opportunities to refine data workflows, minimize costs, and boost the scalability of analytics infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in SQL, with a preference for experience in Databricks.

• Familiarity with dbt.

• Proven proficiency in BI visualization tools.

• Skilled in Python, with a preference for experience in PySpark.

• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of transforming complex data insights into engaging narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

• A strategic thinker with a product-oriented mindset, adept at understanding and aligning data insights with broader business goals while proactively addressing details.

• Humble and open-minded, with the capacity to seek out, learn from, and adapt to varied perspectives, achieving optimal outcomes.
