Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and create data models and semantic layers that are ready for analytics within Snowflake.

• Develop scalable data transformations and implement automated data quality assurance processes.

• Generate reliable datasets and standardized KPIs that enable consistent reporting.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and business stakeholders to provide valuable insights.

• Lead efforts in data governance, documentation, and creating user-friendly data definitions.

• Facilitate self-service analytics and enhance AI-driven reporting functionalities.

• Enhance data reliability, performance, and automation throughout the analytics ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, BI Development, or a related data-centric role.

• Proficient SQL skills and practical experience with Snowflake.

• Familiarity with constructing semantic models and analytics solutions using Power BI.

• Knowledge of data warehousing principles, including fact and dimension modeling.

• Experience in developing and managing data pipelines, transformations, and testing frameworks.

• Understanding of version control and contemporary data development methodologies.

• Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and advanced analytical processes.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
