Senior Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate analytical engineering projects and guarantee data readiness throughout various engagements.

• Act as a subject matter authority on analytics engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Offer technical advice and mentorship to junior team members.

• Direct the preparation, validation, and integration of complex datasets from first-party, third-party, and internal sources.

• Set and uphold quality standards for precise and reproducible analytical results that meet client specifications.

• Mentor Associate and Analytics Engineers through technical reviews, guidance on workflows, and development of skills.

• Propel automation, standardization, and ongoing enhancement to boost scalability and operational efficiency.

• Manage technical execution for intricate client projects, coordinating with various teams and mitigating delivery risks.

• Work together with Data Science, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure analytical execution aligns with business goals and client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, consulting, or related disciplines.

• Advanced expertise with technical analytical tools such as Alteryx and Python.

• Strong comprehension of model prerequisites and analytical workflows.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex technical projects.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in mentoring junior technical personnel.

• Must have the right to work in the US.
