Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop analytical data views that are tailored to the needs of business areas, engaging continuously with stakeholders.

• Propose user-friendly productized solutions for analysts, managers, and analytical services, creating a single source of truth (SSOT).

• Build efficient and scalable ETL pipelines for large data volumes.

• Suggest data modeling, high-performance processing, data quality monitoring, knowledge management, and data product governance.

• Facilitate knowledge discovery in databases and collaborate with Data Scientists to create features for machine learning models.

• Contribute to credit granting and recovery policies as well as proactive performance monitoring.

• Work with Machine Learning Engineers to build and maintain the Feature Store.

• Stay updated on trends, techniques, methodologies, and data science packages.

• Maintain constant communication with the business area to ensure value delivery in the most consumable format.

• Intermediate/advanced SQL (mandatory).

• Intermediate Spark (mandatory).

• Intermediate Python (mandatory).

• Basic AWS environment knowledge (mandatory).

• Basic R (desirable).

• Basic Feature Engineering/Machine Learning techniques (desirable).

• Interest in understanding banking business processes.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to learn independently.
