• Take ownership of, manage, and uphold the architecture and infrastructure of our data stack (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran).
• Ensure the availability, accuracy, and accessibility of the data required to support and understand our stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GTM, Self-Serve, Marketing, Finance, BizApps, and other stakeholders to comprehend their data requirements and pinpoint areas for enhancement in the analytics stack.
• Establish yourself as the primary expert on our data pipeline, data tools, and the significance of our data.
• Develop data processes and standard operating procedures that utilize AI agent skills and rules.
• Create and maintain best practices for version control, documentation, testing, and other data-related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in data modeling contributions.
• Proficiency in dbt.
• Experience collaborating with a diverse range of peers and stakeholders, from business users to analysts and data engineers.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining data quality tests and logic tests (e.g., unit tests).
• A history of empowering stakeholders to use data through various methods such as documentation, training, and cataloging.
• A strong desire to comprehend business inquiries and generate data-driven insights. Exceptional analytical skills are a must.
• Familiarity with coding agents and agentic coding practices and patterns.
• Experience in cloud environments like AWS or GCP is advantageous!
• Knowledge of the monitoring, observability, log aggregation, or APM market is a plus!
• Robust analytical, data processing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all employee levels and provide global support.
• Experience in implementing best practices for analytics, dashboarding, documentation, and testing.
• Proven ability to build collaboration and rapport within an organization among both technical and non-technical team members.
