This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, and sustain scalable analytics engineering solutions utilizing Databricks, Unity Catalog, and contemporary data platforms.
• Design and oversee metrics-as-code frameworks to ensure standardized, governed, and reusable business metrics.
• Execute definitions for metrics, cohorts, segments, and KPIs within semantic layers and measurement platforms.
• Construct and enhance Workstream Scorecards that link objectives, business drivers, performance indicators, and actionable insights.
• Develop automated data pipelines for refreshing metrics, validating data, and managing reporting workflows.
• Generate reusable analytics assets, frameworks, and data products to foster adoption and expedite decision-making.
• Establish standards for data modeling, metric governance, version control, testing, and deployment practices.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to define source data requirements, event tracking standards, and instrumentation strategies.
• Enhance data quality, observability, lineage, and governance in analytics environments.
• Convert business inquiries into quantifiable product KPIs and actionable insights in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Create product measurement frameworks that focus on engagement, retention, acquisition, conversion, and customer lifecycle performance.
• Facilitate experimentation through metric definitions, consultation on experiment design, and measuring outcomes.
• Construct and maintain customer cohorts, segmentation frameworks, and models for behavioral analysis.
• Advocate for CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and release management within the analytics development process.
• Oversee Git-based development workflows and deployment pipelines.
• Document definitions of metrics, business logic, transformation rules, and considerations for data quality.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Advanced SQL knowledge for analyzing large-scale event, clickstream, behavioral, or customer interaction data.
• Practical experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and modern cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with metrics-as-code and semantic layer technologies like dbt, Cube, MetricFlow, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python for analytics, data processing, automation, and testing purposes.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Understanding of product analytics concepts, including funnels, cohorts, DAU/WAU/MAU, retention, engagement, conversion, and customer journey analysis.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions.
