Senior Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Utilize analytics tools to extract valuable business insights.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to evaluate, design, and implement innovative call center analytics solutions across various industries.

• Work closely with both IT and business clients to effectively align business requirements with technical capabilities and feasibility.

• Partner with client and consultant teams to design and develop systems using our AI/Machine Learning technology stack.

• Engage in client white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as necessary, playing a vital role in client relations.

• Document best practices to enhance our knowledge repository.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BSE (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 7+ years of experience in SaaS.

• Completion of one or more AWS certifications or relevant cloud experience is preferred.

• Proven experience in implementing MicroStrategy Reports, Dashboards, and Freeform SQL reports is essential.

• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.

• Hands-on experience with RedShift is an advantage.

• Background in linguistics or behavioral science.

• Proficiency in speech and text analysis with the capability to create a framework for identifying topic trends.

• Experience in ramping and ongoing monitoring.

• Strong analytics skills with comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end data flow.

• Quality management skills, including the ability to develop frameworks, scoring mechanisms, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively convey your message to diverse audiences (e.g., client stakeholders, delivery teams, etc.).

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills (Identify, describe, resolve).

• An adaptable individual who can establish structure in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.

• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as guiding the team and clearly defining tasks that need to be accomplished.
