This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Act as a key business partner to the Operations and Business teams, identifying areas for enhancement and prioritizing business and information requirements.
• Create and oversee business intelligence solutions by understanding the information needs of business partners and utilizing data sources such as SAP, Workday, CMS, and BPC.
• Design Tableau dashboards, Power BI dashboards, Excel reports, and SQL-driven analytics.
• Foster interpretation, comprehension, and acceptance of analytical insights.
• Cultivate positive relationships among team members and across functions, providing actionable insights that facilitate decision-making.
• Set priorities and deadlines, evaluate resources, and outline subsequent steps.
• Collaborate with the IT Department to enhance reporting/dashboard functionalities and promote automation.
• Recognize development needs to optimize and enhance organizational operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Address issues raised by business partners.
• Enhance the quality, accuracy, and completeness of foundational data.
• Deliver month-end reporting, process improvements, and ad hoc assistance.
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Computer and Information Science.
• A minimum of five years of experience in developing dashboards and visualizations using data visualization software like Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong emphasis on customer service.
• Robust work ethic with the capability to leverage others and operate in a cross-functional environment.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
• Previous experience with tools such as SQL, DAX, etc.
• A good grasp of relational database concepts is advantageous.
• Demonstrated strength and skill in working with data and numbers.
• Ability to gather and compile pertinent data.
• Exceptional ability to analyze information and approach problems systematically.
• Strong business analysis capabilities.
• Functions effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
