Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance – Operations

📋 Description

• Develop and manage financial and operational models that guide pricing, demand, revenue strategy, and long-term planning.

• Extract insights from financial and operational data to facilitate strategic decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and enhance performance.

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, including scenario planning and variance analysis.

• Collaborate with the CEO and VP of Development to assess short- and long-term fundraising requirements, create grant budgets, and oversee expenditures related to grants.

• Work cross-functionally with program, development, and sales teams to harmonize priorities, monitor performance, and support execution.

• Distill complex analyses into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.

• Assess new programs, partnerships, and growth opportunities utilizing financial modeling and ROI analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, economics, or a related analytical discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in an FP&A role, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking.

• Familiarity with commercial/consumer modeling and/or SAAS.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

• Proficient in engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization.

• A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to assist others.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Proficient in managing highly sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

• Expertise in database applications such as Excel VBA and other data analysis tools.
