This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of processes throughout front-office, middle-office, and back-office operations to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential areas for improvement.
• Execute root cause analyses to uncover fundamental operational challenges and propose viable solutions.
• Develop future-state business processes that align with enterprise service strategies, customer experience aspirations, and operational goals.
• Create process maps, workflows, business requirements, and supporting documentation to facilitate transformation initiatives.
• Assess and suggest opportunities for simplifying, standardizing, and optimizing operational processes.
• Collaborate with EBTS, Operations, and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into effective process and technology solutions.
• Assist in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and planning implementations.
• Ensure that business processes and system capabilities meet operational objectives and customer expectations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Lead and support operational readiness activities for new systems, processes, and business initiatives.
• Coordinate business implementation tasks, including cutover planning, staffing readiness, workflow transitions, and preparations for go-live.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot programs, and post-implementation validation activities.
• Evaluate organizational readiness and identify risks that could impact successful implementation.
• Identify possibilities for automation, digitization, and workflow enhancement.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and detect stabilization issues that necessitate corrective measures.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 7 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, or related areas.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Experience in healthcare payer, health insurance, or managed care operations.
• Background in supporting large-scale operational and technology transformation initiatives.
