This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the creation of content and provide expert analysis for Critical Materials Reports, with an emphasis on process gases, both bulk and specialty.
• Act as the lead analyst for research initiatives.
• Create and refine analytical models for transition to junior analysts.
• Produce high-quality content on time while identifying opportunities to enhance and broaden product offerings.
• Guide and mentor team members.
• Maintain and expand an active professional network in the specialized area.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from acquired businesses and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
• Develop insights into current and emerging application trends within the semiconductor materials ecosystem and supply chain.
• Assist in product management and customer engagement with both new and existing clients.
• Represent TechInsights at conferences and client meetings to uphold market knowledge and support sales initiatives.
• A technical degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
• 5–10 years of experience in the process gases industry.
• A well-established professional network within the semiconductor materials sector.
• Strong foundation in market research methodologies.
• Capability to develop, enhance, and integrate research methodologies.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment in complex, multi-source analytical situations.
• Proven ability to implement best practices and maintain awareness of competitive dynamics.
• Proficient in communicating complex, technical, and sensitive information clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated success in building consensus among stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor others and serve as a resource for team members.
• Confidence in leading projects.
• Ability to understand and articulate how individual contributions align with broader team, customer, and operational outcomes.
• Must provide the latest citizenship and/or permanent residency information to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.
