Senior Analyst, Sales Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generates reports and dashboards to analyze sales force performance and call metrics.

• Oversees the development and execution of sales force alignments.

• Handles extensive relational data for reporting purposes.

• Acts as the main point of contact for data and analytical inquiries.

• Partners with business associates to enhance sales force effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.

• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Experience in Sales Operations and/or within a Pharmaceutical company is advantageous.

• Previous experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or SQL is desirable.

• Knowledge of syndicated subnational data sources is beneficial.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.

• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications is required.

• A basic understanding of statistics is necessary.
