This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of the entire lifecycle of dashboard and reporting initiatives, from gathering requirements to launch and enablement.
• Create and continually enhance Tableau dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance across GTM activities.
• Develop scalable performance reports that cover pipeline, ARR/revenue forecasting, KPI achievement, and data utilization.
• Manage KPI definitions, data standards, and governance processes to ensure the integrity of reporting.
• Examine and resolve data discrepancies across various systems by collaborating with Deal Desk, IT, and Business Process & Technology to maintain a unified source of truth.
• Document data logic, metric definitions, and dashboard methodologies for clarity and knowledge sharing.
• Identify strategic opportunities to enhance GTM quality and scalability through AI, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows that integrate automation, system integrations, and human review to minimize manual effort.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops Business Partners, FP&A, IT, and Business Process & Technology to convert field requirements into data, reporting, and systems solutions.
• Provide accurate and timely data packages for business rhythms such as business reviews, forecast calls, and leadership reporting.
• Guide junior team members on tools, analytical methods, and best practices.
• 5-7 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Strategy & Operations, or a related analytical field (Data Science, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce — a thorough understanding of CRM data architecture and how pipeline data correlates with business processes.
• Expert-level skills in Tableau — capable of designing dashboards that facilitate decision-making rather than merely displaying numbers.
• Proven experience with AI tools (Claude, Microsoft CoPilot, or similar LLMs) as essential productivity and workflow design instruments.
• A record of end-to-end project ownership encompassing requirements, development, launch, and enablement.
• Strong communication and data storytelling abilities — adept at presenting complex findings clearly and influencing stakeholders across various levels.
