This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Enhance our current Sales Operations processes to ensure they are scalable and suitable for our international revenue organization.
• Collaborate with our international Sales leaders to drive productivity improvements and implement the revenue strategy.
• Take ownership of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, which includes collaborating with leaders to develop and refine templates, as well as prioritizing business requests that arise from QBR meetings involving both leaders and individual contributors.
• Assess, refine, and pinpoint opportunities within our technology stack, processes, and workflows that can boost productivity.
• Investigate and deploy new tools tailored to meet international requirements.
• Establish international territories in conjunction with local leadership.
• Collaborate with our Insights and BI teams to thoroughly analyze data and ensure teams adhere to processes for collecting the right data and insights.
• Develop and support regular business reporting needs and SFDC dashboards.
• Anticipate the requirements for scaling the International Revenue organization and proactively provide the necessary tools, processes, strategy, and analytics.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience within an international revenue organization, playing a pivotal role in enhancing productivity for Sales Operations.
• An operations professional with a strong drive for productivity enhancement, process improvement, and utilizing new technologies to boost revenue at a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.
• Outstanding collaboration skills, with the capability to influence, align, and work effectively with teams located in the US.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and enjoyable work environment.
• Capability to think strategically, act tactically, and communicate effectively in writing.
• A creative problem solver adept at identifying new and innovative methods to enhance sales productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
