This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct intricate analyses of patient revenue utilizing data from the billing data warehouse and accounting systems.
• Carry out monthly and quarterly variance assessments across various components of patient revenue.
• Evaluate actual figures against forecasts and budgets, identify key drivers, and suggest corrective measures.
• Implement calculations for patient revenue rates to support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, including variance bridges.
• Perform rate assessments for both New & Existing Business as well as Subsidy Reconciliation.
• Prepare calculations that aid in contract negotiations, renewals, and financial processes.
• Assess contract terms, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory updates for their financial impacts.
• Convert clinical and financial data into actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Sustain financial model templates for new initiatives, service line launches, pricing strategies, and additional revenue analyses.
• Assemble reporting packages and insights for Clinical Finance, Operations, and Revenue Cycle stakeholders.
• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting related to patient revenue and rate components.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to detect revenue leakage, quantify its effects, and propose mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, or Data Science is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue, particularly in multisite and multipayer environments, is required.
• Experience in analyzing large and complex data sets is essential.
• Knowledge of Accounting, Finance, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is advantageous.
