
Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance the ATS (Ashby), focusing on workflow configuration, automation, data integrity, and reporting framework.
β’ Develop and sustain recruiter capacity models that convert hiring plans into staffing suggestions and resource distribution.
β’ Create and present dashboards and analytics that guide recruiting strategies for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Discover and implement process enhancements, automation, and tool upgrades that boost recruiting efficiency and improve candidate experience.
β’ Collaborate with Finance, People, and IT departments to ensure data consistency and system interoperability throughout the talent technology ecosystem.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a systems-intensive operational position with proven ATS management.
β’ Robust analytical abilities with practical experience in developing dashboards, reports, and capacity models (SQL, Excel, BI tools).
β’ Proven experience in designing scalable workflows and process automation in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
β’ Capability to convert vague business challenges into structured solutions and convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and promote the adoption of system changes.
