Senior Analyst, Quality – Supplier Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and conduct evaluations on-site for new product lines, extensions, and equipment.

• Analyze and enhance current business tools to increase efficiency in onboarding procedures.

• Assist in commercialization efforts.

• Monitor, document, and communicate corrective actions along with follow-up timelines from each evaluation.

• Examine copacker HACCP plans for adherence to the Kraft Heinz External Manufacturers Food Safety & Quality Expectations manual.

• Convey business risks to cross-functional partners.

• Organize and lead phone assessments in accordance with the Platinum Rule.

• Aid in assessments and audits of factories, external manufacturers, or suppliers.

• Offer evaluation and risk management for innovation and commercialization initiatives.

• Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams on the commercialization of new products, line extensions, and renovations.

• Facilitate project trials, innovations, renovations, and maintenance across both internal and external manufacturing sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred quality experience in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.

• Experience in plant quality in one or several food production facilities.

• Familiarity with compliance regulations from USDA, FDA, or CFIA is preferred.

• Preferred background in food safety or microbiology.

• Understanding of procurement processes.

• Capability to travel independently.

• Must have the ability to drive a vehicle.

• Willingness to travel 40–55% of the time.

• Must reside near a major airport.

• Experience with HACCP plans and conducting food safety and quality assessments/audits.
