Senior Analyst, Production Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, track, monitor, and manage membership levels within designated territories.

• Develop and assist in the execution of production plans for assigned clients in collaboration with Customer Success.

• Collaborate with Operations to comprehend and establish client objectives.

• Formulate and implement provider strategies aimed at achieving client goals.

• Project staffing requirements in the designated regions and provide recommendations in partnership with Recruiting.

• Create, update, and deliver reports to the leadership team.

• Relay essential insights and findings to the leadership of the Operations team.

• Convey overall production trends and metrics specific to clients.

• Track performance KPIs of the designated health plan partners, including production and client comparisons.

• Address inquiries promptly.

• Synthesize complex analyses into clear, digestible content focused on driving change through data.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant prior experience.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in stakeholder management.

• Proficient in using Excel.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving business conditions.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous experience with Power BI is preferred.
