Senior Analyst, Procurement Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of Facilities Management agreements across various subcategories.

• Use internal data, independent research, and industry knowledge/experience to formulate insights on pricing and agreement structures.

• Apply procurement expertise to derive insights from complex datasets, forming informed assumptions and conclusions.

• Assess the financial impact over time, gaining an understanding of contract expenses and identifying potential savings opportunities.

• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in Facilities Management procurement.

• Comprehend agency pricing models, supplier licensing practices, and aspects of contractual risk.

• Develop and implement strategies/models related to Facilities spending categories/trends in pricing and packaging.

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect and verify data.

• Clearly and concisely explain and communicate complex information and analyses to end clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance, or Data Analytics.

• Experience in one or more of the following domains: procurement, finance, or enterprise software/hardware sales.

• Exceptional writing skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Strong comprehension of procurement spending processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data, recognize trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
