Senior Analyst, Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee low-volume and medium- to high-complexity domestic subcontracts across various programs.

• Act as the representative for the Supply Chain organization on both functional and cross-functional teams.

• Function as the primary communication link between internal personnel and supplier cross-functional teams.

• Negotiate and manage different types of subcontracts, including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, and development/R&D projects.

• Assess, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon's standards.

• Cultivate business partner relationships with suppliers.

• Work alongside Program Office representatives and Engineering to establish and execute procurement strategies.

• Create subcontract Statements of Work.

• Request competitive and single/sole-source proposals.

• Conduct source-selection analysis and price and cost analysis to ensure fair and reasonable pricing.

• Track subcontractor performance metrics and suggest or implement corrective measures.

• Prepare subcontract documentation in compliance with company, customer, FAR, and DFAR standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related discipline.

• Must qualify as a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or be eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.

• Must be based in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. Territories.

• Preferred experience in reading and comprehending drawing specifications.

• Supplier management experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

• Experience in leading formal negotiations is preferred.

• NCMA Certification is preferred.

• DOD Clearance is preferred.

• Experience with FAR and DFAR regulations is preferred.

• Experience in delivering verbal and/or written presentations to key stakeholders is preferred.

• Experience in leading executive and program-level supplier reviews is preferred.
