Procurement Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the activities of procurement specialists and officers.

• Evaluate and authorize RFQs, RFPs, quotations, and supplier assessments.

• Negotiate pricing, contractual agreements, and commercial conditions with suppliers.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and the delegation of authority.

• Assess supplier performance and cultivate strategic relationships with suppliers.

• Administer procurement budgets and implement cost-saving strategies.

• Facilitate audits and maintain accurate procurement documentation.

• Generate procurement reports and key performance indicators for management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, along with demonstrated experience in procurement roles.

• Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to analyze complex data and foster relationships with suppliers.

• Proficient in procurement software.

• Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes and international trade regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices is preferred.
