Senior Analyst, Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee supplier relationships, including their development and performance.

• Ensure success in achieving business factory MRP and financial objectives.

• Monitor key metrics such as Late to Place, Late to Dock, and Delinquent Material.

• Create initiatives for cost reduction and plans for performance improvement for Raytheon Missiles & Defense programs and projects.

• Execute subcontract management for high-value purchase orders utilizing integrated supply-chain models.

• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and IDIQ solicitations.

• Analyze quotations and proposals by applying price/cost analysis methods.

• Formulate negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations regarding price, delivery, and terms.

• Issue high-value, complex purchase orders.

• Conduct risk analysis and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier locations as needed to facilitate business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.

• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or experience in highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical, aerospace, aviation, power generation, or automotive.

• U.S. Person status: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or qualifications to secure necessary export authorizations.

• Proven experience in analyzing cost and pricing data and assessing proposal compliance.

• Familiarity with technical requirements for procured hardware and services, including review of Statement of Work (SOW).

• Experience in placing high-value, complex purchase orders.

• Track record of contributing to successful project completions that improved performance in designated areas.

• Experience in an SAP-based environment.

• Capability to execute competitive procurements, including the development of evaluation criteria.
