Senior Analyst, Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and continuous refinement of pricing, packaging, discounting frameworks, and commercial models across various products and markets.

• Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess pricing opportunities, customer segmentation, willingness to pay, and competitive positioning.

• Execute pricing analyses that encompass price elasticity, segmentation, margin analysis, and profitability modeling.

• Collaborate across departments with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to aid in the implementation and market launch of pricing initiatives.

• Track pricing KPIs and deliver actionable insights to enhance revenue performance and commercial results.

• Act as a reliable advisor to Sales teams regarding deal structuring, pricing approvals, contract terms, and commercial negotiations.

• Work alongside Finance and Legal to assess deal risk, profitability, and compliance factors.

• Uphold pricing governance and ensure uniformity in commercial policies and approval processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a highly analytical position with significant exposure to pricing, monetization, deal desk, or revenue optimization.

• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced expertise in Excel, as well as experience with BI or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).

• Solid business acumen, meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a results-driven mindset.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to articulate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Background in SaaS, technology, digital products, subscriptions, or data-focused businesses.

• Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, pricing research, or statistical analysis techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related analytical discipline is preferred.
