Senior Analyst, Organizational Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing change management strategies to enhance adoption and reduce resistance during transformation projects.

• Perform stakeholder assessments, analyze impacts, and evaluate change readiness.

• Create and implement communication plans along with relevant content.

• Assess training requirements and produce training materials.

• Develop assessments for change impact and readiness.

• Collaborate with global and onshore teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of change-related artifacts.

• Contribute to internal capability enhancement, template development, and best practices in Change Management.

• Support ERP and Workday implementations by integrating people, process, and technology change activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation initiatives.

• Practical experience in supporting change initiatives for technology and ERP implementations, including Oracle, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to customize messages for various audiences.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• Capable of working effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Knowledge of formal change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.

• Experience in consulting or professional services.
