Senior Analyst, MO Trade Proc HFS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily evaluations of reconciliations and implement controls to analyze and comprehend all discrepancies in security and cash positions related to reconciliations.

• Effectively manage the break resolution process among clients, operations teams, and custodian banks.

• Affirm and confirm equity and fixed income securities within both the U.S. and international markets.

• Oversee the settlement of various securities by collaborating with brokers and resolving discrepancies in SSIs and trade details.

• Review and track trading activities to ensure that accurate trade details are submitted to the market.

• Guarantee the accuracy of transaction agreements and any modifications.

• Collaborate closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition and setup of new client accounts.

• Support project initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and improving the control environment.

• Prioritize tasks effectively to resolve trade breaks by the end of the day.

• Address various internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

• Assist in the training of personnel across international locations.

• Perform additional related duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics) or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Candidates may be entry-level or possess 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
