This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Conduct thorough QC assessments of completed loss analyses to protect Freedom’s assets and guarantee adherence to insurer standards.
• Oversee incoming workloads to ensure equitable distribution among team members.
• Communicate regulatory updates to team leadership and evaluate their implications on the team.
• Serve as the initial escalation point for team-related case issues and challenge insurer limitations on all government-insured filed claims, including conveyance, advance claims, loss mitigation, and non-conveyance claims.
• Carry out Quality Control reviews for finalized loss analyses, including supplementary claims, to minimize loss exposure and ensure Freedom receives all applicable government insurance benefits.
• Develop and prepare reports for team leadership concerning volumes, analyst portfolio flows, and SLA compliance.
• Aid in gathering claims data for government audits, review auditor findings, and provide rebuttal responses.
• Supervise monthly write-offs of outstanding balances after all claims and supplementary funds have been received for an account.
• Act as a subject matter expert within the Loss Analysis department to ensure compliance across all claims submissions.
• Support team leadership in the design and testing of new technological solutions.
• Communicate with vendors and site personnel.
• Function as a point of contact/liaison, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures regarding invoicing and remittance.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's Degree from a four (4) year college or university is preferred.
• At least six (6) years of experience in rebutting compensatory fees and curtailments, processing investor claims, auditing, and loss analysis reporting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong comprehension of FHA, VA, and GSE claims guidelines.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
