Senior Analyst, IT QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and assess automated testing plans encompassing functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

• Spearhead the creation and upkeep of automated testing frameworks and suites, ensuring seamless integration within CI/CD pipelines.

• Report on quality status, potential risks, and suggestions to stakeholders throughout the delivery process.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level QC engineers, offering technical coaching and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or quality control engineering.

• Proficient with test automation tools such as UFT/Selenium.

• Knowledgeable in Postman testing, SoapUI, UI portals, and database testing.

• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor, influence, and lead without having direct authority.
