This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee the comprehensive design and execution of new HRIS reporting and dashboard solutions, managing everything from intake and requirements to testing, implementation, and production support, while maintaining a consistent schedule of operational reports.
β’ Act as the subject matter expert for the SuccessFactors Report Stories migration, performing SAP release testing and downstream impact analysis to ensure the stability and currency of the reporting environment.
β’ Spot opportunities to retire, consolidate, and streamline outdated reports, while developing and maintaining query structures, SQL statements, and data models in accordance with data governance standards.
β’ Convert complex or unclear business inquiries into well-defined reporting requirements and sustainable solutions, collaborating with HR COEs and business leaders to provide meaningful metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights.
β’ Function as a hands-on resource for HRIS reporting tools, assisting in onboarding new users, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing reporting capabilities across the organization.
β’ Proactively utilize AI tools to automate, expedite, and improve the quality of reporting efforts throughout the function.
β’ Keep thorough process documentation and provide training and guidance to facilitate effective user adoption of reporting tools and solutions.
β’ 5 to 7+ years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or HR operations reporting.
β’ Direct experience in HRIS report development within an enterprise platform; SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories is highly preferred, with similar tools like Workday Prism, Power BI, or Tableau in an HRIS context considered acceptable.
β’ Proficient in data modeling and familiar with data warehouses or HR data structures.
β’ Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI tools in a professional setting, with a genuine commitment to leveraging them for the modernization and enhancement of reporting workflows.
β’ Strong capability to convert complex or vague business questions into clear, actionable reporting requirements and effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences and senior leaders.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
