This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the comprehensive execution of advertising partner investment and incentive initiatives, ensuring they align with go-to-market (GTM) timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships) to facilitate program execution and readiness.
• Monitor project deliverables, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as necessary to guarantee timely resolutions and successful outcomes.
• Handle incoming requests and escalations from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-up.
• Work with technical teams to assist in system enhancements, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verification of new features.
• Create and maintain program documentation, reports, and materials to support internal alignment and communication with external partners.
• Analyze operational data to uncover trends, provide insights, and offer recommendations for enhancing program performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and aiding in automation and system enhancement efforts.
• Participate in regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership efforts.
• Develop client case studies and educational materials (blogs, media content).
• Generate materials to support the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events, both in-person and virtual.
• Partner with leadership on career development opportunities.
• Over 5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations within a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience in supporting cross-functional programs and coordinating multiple workstreams across both business and technical teams.
• Strong project coordination abilities, including deliverable tracking, risk management, and issue resolution support.
• Practical experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), encompassing deal tracking, lead/opportunity management, and partner workflows.
• Experience in managing or supporting technical support cases and navigating system/process challenges.
• Familiarity with supporting GTM launches or operational program rollouts.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of utilizing data to identify trends and shape recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in creating reports or dashboards.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
