Senior Analyst, Fiscal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Review and analyze direct taxes (IRPJ/CSLL – Real Profit, LALUR, tax losses, deferred taxes) and indirect taxes (PIS/COFINS, ISS, withholding taxes).

• Prepare and submit ancillary obligations: ECD, ECF, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, DIRF, and other applicable submissions.

• Manage taxation of investments and corporate participations, including JCP, dividends, capital gains, and withholding taxes.

• Serve as a technical reference in the implementation of the Tax Reform (CBS/IBS), translating legislation into business rules and ERP configurations.

• Lead initiatives for automation and continuous improvement of tax processes, mapping the current state and proposing the desired future state.

• Monitor and support the utilization of the Good Law and other applicable tax incentives.

• Assist external audits, prepare technical memorandums, and act as a tax business partner for various business areas.

• Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and interns.

• Explore how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Experience in tax routines in medium to large companies, holdings, or Big Four firms.

• Strong knowledge of direct taxes and Real Profit.

• Mastery of cumulative and non-cumulative PIS/COFINS, ISS, and ancillary obligations (ECD/ECF/EFDs/DCTFWeb).

• Familiarity with the Tax Reform (CBS/IBS).

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with corporate ERPs (Oracle, SAP).

• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and modernization.

• Technical rigor, attention to detail, risk awareness, and legal grounding in all recommendations.

• Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
