Senior Analyst – Financial Data Systems, Master Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain master data in alignment with Hershey’s financial reporting frameworks, which includes the chart of accounts, cost elements and groups, cost centers, profit centers, allocations, and assessments, ensuring that master data records are accurate and comprehensive.

• Create and uphold global procedures for the management of financial master data.

• Design and maintain reports for the regular monitoring of master data to guarantee ongoing reliability and control.

• Collaborate with business, data, and governance teams to promote consistency and clarity in the application of master data.

• Assist in projects and initiatives that utilize financially relevant data or necessitate reporting that incorporates financially relevant data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business/Information Systems.

• 3-5 years of experience with a background in financial accounting, reporting, and business systems, and/or master data management.

• CPA or equivalent is preferred.
