Senior Analyst, Finance Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the group mailbox.

• Address customer escalations effectively.

• Provide support to both onshore and offshore team members.

• Manage projects, adhere to deadlines, and maintain ongoing communication with customers.

• Collaborate in formulating responses to unconventional requests.

• Utilize knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and workstreams.

• Deliver customer support while being mindful of service level goals and objectives.

• Identify and implement solutions to technical issues and take proactive measures to resolve them.

• Engage in projects with moderate scope and complexity.

• Exercise judgment within established parameters, ensuring sound reasoning and accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level (preferred).

• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively navigate ambiguity (preferred).

• High level of urgency and responsiveness (preferred).

• Excellent organizational abilities (preferred).

• Proven accountability and ownership of tasks (preferred).

• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).

• Understanding of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and workstreams.

• Experience in a transactional finance setting with robust internal controls.

• Comprehension of service level goals and objectives in customer support.

• Capacity to exercise judgment within defined boundaries.

• Ability to identify and address technical challenges.
