Financial Systems Application Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute the maintenance, configuration, and daily administration of global finance software applications for BETSOL’s clientele.

• Set up software applications and modules, which includes configuring application settings, administration settings, and data migrations as necessary.

• Administer application role security in alignment with best practices and the global SOX control framework.

• Identify suitable role security for new Finance applications and lead regular control evaluations with auditors.

• Carry out Finance application user provisioning and manage associated change request tickets.

• Serve as the primary resource for managing Finance application ticket boards.

• Collaborate with senior Finance leadership to prioritize items in the change pipeline and open tickets.

• Diagnose issues and outages in Finance software and its integrations.

• Assist outsourced partners in monitoring system performance.

• Evaluate application updates and software releases, and lead the testing of affected processes alongside Finance process owners.

• Support training initiatives for staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems.

• Aid in the development of technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies pertaining to Finance applications.

• Respond to requests from internal and external auditors related to Finance applications and technology.

• Play a role in projects that implement new Finance software applications, processes, and strategic technology transformations.

• Assume responsibilities held by the Global Finance Applications Lead during scheduled leave.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 4–6 years of professional corporate experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, ideally finance applications such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience in supporting projects and collaborating with team members to achieve deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.

• Availability to work during US EST business hours.
