
Senior Analyst – Farm Animal Sustainability Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the data model, governance, access security, and data integrity strategy for the sustainability platform ecosystem.
• Construct and sustain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor data validation, program interventions, and stakeholder visibility.
• Streamline and automate data processes while enhancing data flows and system integrations with both internal and external partners.
• Identify system enhancements that optimize platform ROI and maintain adherence to data privacy, security, and governance standards.
• Diagnose data issues, address or escalate concerns, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the user experience.
• Develop and present training materials for internal teams, sales teams, and external users.
• Collaborate with the Sustainability Program Design team, business stakeholders, and IT vendors to identify customer needs and convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Formulate project plans, oversee milestones, dependencies, and risks, and relay project status to key stakeholders.
• Organize cross-functional user testing and facilitate successful solution launches.
• Utilize critical thinking, learning agility, and process improvement methodologies to enhance technical solutions, systems, tools, and operational processes.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in a business analyst, project manager, or similar role within the farm animal industry.
• Proficient in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Row-Level Security.
• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong skills in project management, business analysis, and cross-functional communication.
• Must reside in the US.
• Availability during Central or Eastern Time business hours is essential.
• Experience with SQL, Databricks, SmartSheet, ArcGIS, or similar data management and analytics tools is preferred.
• Background in supporting agricultural sustainability initiatives, dairy operations, dairy management software, or sustainability platform development is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, technical writing, compliance procedures, and process documentation is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% annually.
