This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.
β’ Deliver expertise and experience in Epic product function, design, and build necessary for successful product implementation.
β’ Act as the main resource focused on application design, validation, and build within the designated area.
β’ Evaluate the current state and create future-state workflows by engaging with department representatives to analyze business and operational requirements, translating these into appropriate system configurations.
β’ Demonstrate system functionality; prepare and submit regular status updates to the assigned Lead Analyst, Project Manager, or IT Leadership.
β’ Organize and facilitate organizational meetings, and participate in weekly team meetings to discuss team and project-related activities, issues, changes, communications, and updates.
β’ Create, support, and maintain necessary documentation and procedures, and provide training to other IT personnel and user clients as needed.
β’ Resolve issues identified by team members and end-users, analyze and coordinate system modifications, and implement approved changes based on client-designated priorities.
β’ Review and test builds and new releases/enhancements before implementation in the production environment, ensuring compliance with established build standards and Change Control procedures.
β’ Collaborate with Principal Trainers to design and develop role-based training programs that support the implemented workflows, and assist with end-user training on the proper use of the system.
β’ Contribute to the preparation of testing scripts, perform unit/system/integrated testing tasks in an organized manner, and accurately document test results.
β’ Offer expertise and experience in the development of activation plans, application activation tasks, and readiness of the production environment.
β’ Provide on-site support as required during Go-live or Downtime events.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and/or experience.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience providing analytical support for the Epic Hospital Billing module in a large healthcare system.
β’ Epic HB certification.
β’ Must be a resident of Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan, or Colorado.
