Senior Analyst, Data and Impact Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Design methodology and lead the continuous monitoring of expenditures across a wide range of restricted funding, including the assessment of spenddown strategies.

• Partner with Business Operations and other internal stakeholders.

• Supervise the creation of annual expenditure plans for newly acquired funds.

• Assist in financial, quantitative, and qualitative data analysis for essential programs.

• Develop and sustain Power BI and/or Excel-based reporting tools for internal audiences.

• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and workflows.

• Offer analytical and strategic assistance to the Data and Impact Reporting Team.

• Maintain reporting tools and resources that facilitate informed decision-making.

• Travel occasionally, approximately twice a year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• Master's Degree is preferred.

• Five to seven years of relevant professional experience in program, project, or grant management positions.

• Emphasis on financial data and process enhancement.

• Extensive knowledge of the grants management lifecycle.

• Strong business and financial acumen, along with analytical thinking capabilities.

• Proficient in managing, cleaning, and analyzing financial, quantitative, and qualitative data.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a virtual setting.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Adaptable mindset with comfort in dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

• Ability to acquire new technologies and industry best practices in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly self-motivated.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn.

• Commitment to contributing to the reduction of cancer burdens.

• Periodic travel required, approximately twice a year.
