This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitates consultative sessions with internal operational stakeholders to identify analytical support requirements and deliver solutions that promote data-driven decision-making and revenue enhancement.
• Performs advanced data analysis, modeling, prescriptive and diagnostic insights generation, and data storytelling across all dimensions of the Retrospective Claims Auditing sector.
• Directs process optimization initiatives to reduce the time-to-value in reporting and production while maximizing the effectiveness of individuals throughout the organization.
• Develops user-friendly automated business tools, templates, and KPI reporting products that enable departments (operations/yield) to function efficiently.
• Conducts ROI and opportunity cost assessments for resource reallocation, capital investments, and sizing new business prospects for account management teams.
• Aids management in the transformational execution of new business practices and fosters operational accountability.
• Designs and leads monthly and quarterly business reviews that benchmark each department's financial performance trends, assess costs, and measure overall productivity and health of the business.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to create solutions and insights for competitive intelligence.
• When needed, generates, presents, and maintains basic client and internal reporting.
• Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting) or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of combined experience in management consulting, investment banking, business strategy, operational excellence/process improvement, and/or finance.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, written, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in data storytelling, predictive and prescriptive analysis, and adept at handling large datasets with strong spreadsheet and database querying skills (e.g., SQL).
• Prior experience in leading business optimization, ROI analysis, and financial modeling projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access).
• Previous experience with BI tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau, Power Pivot, and DataMeer.
• SQL and database management experience is preferred.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously.
• Lean knowledge or experience in applying lean concepts and principles across relevant value streams is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare and/or software industries is a plus.
