Senior Analyst, Business Analytics – CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise and dependable reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior business leaders to assist in decision-making regarding promotional strategies and their effectiveness.

• Execute advanced analytics for brand teams and customer channels to aid in brand planning and resource distribution across promotions and channels.

• Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales in crafting business tactics and strategies.

• Convey insightful and significant results to senior brand and corporate managers while understanding their needs, and communicate strategic direction to the Business Analytics team.

• Capable of presenting to and influencing senior management, providing guidance on strategic directions as necessary.

• Foster the development of technical and behavioral competencies in analysts and department staff through the design and implementation of continuous knowledge-sharing and training initiatives.

• Independently manage strategic projects that inform and influence important business decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.

• A Master's degree or PhD is preferred.

• A BS/BA in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business/Data Analytics, or a related field with eight (8) years of experience, or a Master's degree in the same fields with six (6) years of experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry or academia.

• A strong statistical foundation with extensive modeling experience.

• Proficiency in SAS and other data extraction and analytical tools such as SQL.

• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple projects and directing reports simultaneously.

• Functional competencies include analytical skills, business orientation, and experience influencing AI; DTC experience is preferred.
