Senior Analyst – Business Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions, testing frameworks, and lightweight applications leveraging Python.

• Create and enhance SQL queries for tasks such as data analysis, validation, reporting, and defect investigation.

• Construct Power BI dashboards and reports that provide insights into testing, defects, and performance metrics.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools to expedite development, enhance code quality, and boost productivity.

• Validate claims and benefits data against business requirements and quality standards.

• Conduct root cause analysis, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to streamline processes and discover automation opportunities.

• Mentor team members and effectively communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in testing, automation, quality assurance, data analysis, or similar fields.

• Proficient in Python programming, including automation, scripting, and application development.

• Strong SQL skills for analyzing and validating large datasets.

• Experience in developing AI-driven solutions and utilizing AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.

• Proficient in creating Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and expertise in root cause analysis.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred: experience in Healthcare, Provider, Claims, or Benefits platforms.

• Preferred: knowledge of claims data sources such as HRP and ACAS.

• Preferred: experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases.

• Preferred: basic understanding of QuickBase or other low-code platforms.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
