This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the subject matter expert for clinical imaging in breast, liver, and prostate MRI workflows, assisting both internal teams and customers.
• Offer consultative assistance for advanced breast imaging applications, which includes protocols for breast MRI, optimization of workflows, and management of images.
• Evaluate and resolve intricate issues related to imaging workflows, applications, integration, and performance within radiology settings.
• Support imaging solutions that are integrated with PACS, RIS, EMR/EHR, and other healthcare IT systems.
• Collaborate with customers, clinicians, radiologists, and cross-functional teams to discover enhancements in workflows and optimize imaging operations.
• Aid in the implementation, validation, testing, and deployment of imaging solutions.
• Provide expertise on best practices in MRI, image quality, protocol optimization, and clinical workflow needs.
• Create process documentation, troubleshooting manuals, and knowledge articles to facilitate operational excellence.
• Work in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and Clinical teams to prioritize improvements and address identified issues.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and internal stakeholders on imaging workflows and new technologies.
• Engage in customer calls, presentations, and clinical discussions focused on breast, liver, and prostate imaging solutions.
• Must be a Registered MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent).
• Strong clinical expertise in:
• Breast MRI
• Liver MRI
• Prostate Imaging
• Advanced MRI protocols and imaging workflows.
• Thorough understanding of radiology and medical imaging workflows.
• Experience collaborating directly with radiologists, breast imaging specialists, and clinical imaging teams.
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and standards for healthcare interoperability.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and customer-facing abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management competencies.
• Preferred experience in mentoring team members or serving as a clinical imaging SME.
• At least 5 years of experience as an MRI Technologist in a clinical imaging setting.
• Extensive experience in supporting and performing MRI examinations in:
• Breast Imaging
• Liver Imaging
• Prostate Imaging
• Experience with PACS, RIS, VNA, EMR/EHR, or other medical imaging systems.
• Strong grasp of image acquisition, image quality evaluation, protocol development, and optimization of clinical workflows.
• Experience in supporting healthcare technology implementations and imaging informatics solutions.
