This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take full ownership of client operations for a designated client portfolio by actively monitoring data, identifying trends, and addressing issues (such as file delivery problems, ineligibility surges, payment discrepancies, and data quality issues) before they escalate to client concerns.
• Collaborate closely with implementation teams to grasp the complexities and specificities of each client’s setup, serving as the primary contact post-launch to ensure ongoing implementation quality.
• Utilize Metabase, BigQuery, and internal reporting tools to convert operational signals into client-centric strategies: conduct AR aging analyses, ineligibility evaluations, and provide process recommendations. Develop dashboards to highlight key information promptly and take action based on insights.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to our Client Success team and clients, entering each discussion with actionable recommendations rather than just data. You are more than a problem-solver; you are a proactive collaborator with innovative ideas to drive results for our clients.
• Collaborate across functions on IDR strategies and payer compliance efforts, spearheading special projects within the organization that advance our IDR model.
• Assist in scaling and expanding our team during rapid growth by contributing to internal playbooks and onboarding materials, continually enhancing our processes, and leveraging AI to automate manual tasks, all while focusing on building an efficient operating system for scalability.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role related to data science, operations, strategy, or account management; experience in healthtech, RCM, IDR, payer/provider sectors, or healthcare-adjacent enterprise SaaS is essential.
• Proficient in SQL, with familiarity in BigQuery (or similar) and dashboarding tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing and nurturing trusted relationships with stakeholders while translating complex data findings into concise executive insights.
• Strategic and proactive thinker, with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts, achieving measurable results, and addressing risks before they arise.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple client priorities simultaneously while exhibiting strong project management and operational excellence skills.
• Competitive compensation, including equity
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
• Retirement savings plan through 401(k)
• Flexible time off
• Opportunities for company-wide connection and events
